Delivery times start from 24 business hours after the date of purchase.
The estimated time is 4 to 8 business days for the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, and 1 to 2 business days for shipments to the Canary Islands. Portugal, Azores, Madeira Ceuta and Melilla from 8 to 15 days. This period includes warehouse processing, and the carrier's delivery period.
Shipments to the rest of the European countries have a delivery time of between 8 to 15 business days.
No shipments will be made outside the mentioned delivery area.
During periods of sales, promotions or special campaigns, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
Due to the demand so that your Kings orders are not compromised, we guarantee delivery by January 5 to all orders placed in the Peninsula until December 21 at 12:00 p.m.
Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed delivery before January 5.
Once your order has been placed, the delivery period from our warehouses is between 24 and 48 working hours.
We only work with courier companies and specialized transport, in case of absence, the courier will come a second time to ensure that your order is delivered within the established period. If this is not possible, they will contact you on the telephone number you have provided.
Once the purchase is made, you can request a tracking code for your order if you want to check the exact day of delivery.
If you do not have any item / s of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible giving you an estimated delivery time.
The client is responsible for the veracity and correctness of the address data provided. In the event that there is an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that may be incurred.
The shipping costs for the Peninsula, Portugal and the Balearic Islands are € 5.90 (taxes and customs included).
If the amount of your order exceeds € 45 and the shipping address is in the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), you can benefit from free shipping.
For shipments in the Canary Islands, shipping costs will always be free.

Customs charges included in the price
For orders to the peninsula and Europe, customs expenses are included in the price paid, we will never ask you for an additional payment for customs expenses, VAT payment or other supplements. Everything is included in the price.

Right of withdrawal

Warranty and lack of conformity
In the event of a defective product, Alkauf will offer you a free replacement, repair or refund of the amount paid, assuming us the shipping costs that may be generated. Allkauf respond to any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.

Accessories and accessories warranty

In Glasses the lenses will not be covered by the guarantee.
